PLA

Standard

Polylactic Acid

The industry standard for rapid prototyping. Offers the cleanest surface finish, sharpest details, and is available in dozens of colors.

Strength: Moderate
Temp Resist: Low (~55°C)
Best for: Visual Models

PETG

Durable

Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol

An excellent middle ground. Stronger than PLA with slight flexibility and superior chemical and moisture resistance.

Strength: High
Temp Resist: Med (~75°C)
Best for: Enclosures, Brackets

ABS/ASA

Functional

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Printed in fully enclosed, heated chambers. High impact resistance and heat tolerance. ASA provides added UV resistance for outdoor use.

Strength: High / Impact
Temp Resist: High (~95°C)
Best for: Automotive, Outdoor

TPU

Flexible

Thermoplastic Polyurethane

A highly durable, rubber-like material. It can stretch, bend, and compress without losing its original shape. Highly resistant to abrasion.

Flexibility: Extreme
Temp Resist: Med (~60°C)
Best for: Gaskets, Dampers
