1. Consultation
We review your sketches, reference photos, or broken parts to understand the exact dimensions and structural requirements.
2. CAD Modeling
Our designers create an accurate 3D model using professional software, optimizing it specifically for the 3D printing process.
3. Review & Revisions
We send you digital renders of the model. We include revision cycles to ensure every dimension matches your expectations perfectly.
4. Delivery
You receive the raw 3D files (.STEP, .STL) with full ownership rights. We can then instantly move the file into our print farm for fabrication.
Custom CAD work is billed hourly.
Most simple functional brackets or replacement parts require 1 to 3 hours of modeling.
