Can I order just one part?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity for custom printing. The quote reflects the model, size, material, setup, and any design work needed.
Do I need a finished 3D file?
A finished model helps, but you can start with an idea, dimensions, or photos. If modeling or reverse engineering is needed, we will discuss that as part of the project scope. Learn about custom design ↗
Do you ship to Canada and the United States?
Store products include free shipping within Canada. U.S. store orders require a shipping quote before payment. For a custom printing project, we confirm destination, delivery costs, and timing with your quote.
Can I get a price estimate first?
Yes. Send a file through our print quote request, or contact us with your requirements. We review the project before providing pricing. Custom work requires a confirmed scope and final quote before production.
