Two workflows.
One useful system.
Receive tire stock by SKU, or register a customer’s stored tire set with one tag and a storage fee. General items have their own category, barcode or part number, unit label, and quantity.
Custom operational software that brings tire stock, customer storage, and general inventory into one shared tool—with scanning, labels, valuation, and the details a busy shop needs.
| ITEM | LOCATION | STATUS |
|---|---|---|
| Sample tire set | Rack A | Ready |
| Sample tire stock | Bay B | In stock |
| Sample supplies | Shelf C | In stock |

A tire for sale, a customer’s winter set, and a box of supplies need different information. This system makes room for those differences.
Receive tire stock by SKU, or register a customer’s stored tire set with one tag and a storage fee. General items have their own category, barcode or part number, unit label, and quantity.
Record brand, model, size, season, and condition, with tread readings in 32nds and millimetres, including four individual tire positions. Tire stock valuation supports tread-based CAD values, reference values, factors, adjustments, and manual pricing.
Connect stored tires with customer and vehicle details, plate, rim type, inspection notes, and storage period. Track the storage fee and whether it has been paid, alongside the physical set.
Look up an item by SKU, barcode, phone, plate, or QR link. Filter by inventory type, season, and condition, then sort by details such as rack, brand, tread, customer, or price.
Use QR or barcode scanning for lookup, check-in, or check-out. Choose units per scan and, for customer storage, move a whole set together. Bay, rack, quantity, and notes keep location information with the item.
Print a single label or prepare labels in a batch. Tire-stock records and customer storage sets can carry a reference that supports the lookup and scanning workflow.
Follow in-stock, ready, checked-out, and archived statuses. Bulk management can return fully checked-out items to stock or archive them while retaining their history.
A shared staff inventory view shows connection status and an overview of stock, inventory value, checked-out items, and average tread. Import and export inventory data from the shared workspace.
The useful part is how the pieces fit together: a record, a location, a label, and a clear next action.
Start with tire stock, a customer storage set, or a general item. Add the information that belongs with it.
Set the bay or rack, add notes, and print the label that helps staff find the record again.
Search or scan, then look up the item, check units in or out, or move a customer set together.
Review what is ready, in stock, or checked out. Return items to stock or archive them with their history.
Some businesses need storage records. Others need a parts tracker, a quoting tool, or a way to connect the information their team uses every day.

We built custom operational software covering tire stock, customer tire storage, and general inventory. It supports intake, tire details and tread-based valuation, customer and vehicle context, storage fee tracking, search, QR and barcode scanning, check-in and check-out, labels, statuses, history, and an inventory overview.
Yes. Tire stock can be received as SKU-based inventory. Customer storage uses a set-based record with one tag, customer and vehicle information, a storage period, and storage fee tracking. The scan workflow also includes an option to move a whole customer set.
The project supports QR and barcode scanning, along with lookup by SKU, barcode, phone, plate, or QR link. Scanning can be used for lookup only, check-in, or check-out, with a units-per-scan setting and a whole-set option for customer storage.
Yes. We can discuss software around your inventory, staff workflow, labels, customer records, and reporting needs. The capabilities on this page describe this specific project; your own system, integrations, access requirements, and pricing are scoped separately.
