Embedded HEIC decoder libraries
The heic2any distribution embeds libheif 1.10.0 and libde265 1.0.2. These
version strings were recovered from its Emscripten memory data. The versions'
upstream LGPL notices below are included because the heic2any npm archive
supplies only the outer package's MIT license. These notices do not relicense
the embedded libraries under MIT. No decoder changes have been made here.
